These instructions are for returning an order for a refund.
- The return must be registered less than 14 days after receiving your order.
- Any product(s) must be returned in original condition. The products should not have been worn, used or washed (other than tried on). Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and with all labels and tags attached to the product
- Remember that the shoe box is part of the product and cannot be damaged. If we receive a damaged shoebox in return, SVENSSONSHOP.COM reserve the right to deduct 30 EUR from your refund.
- SVENSSONSHOP.COM does not provide free return shipping. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- SVENSSONSHOP.COM does not refund any shipping fees or any customs fees that have been paid by the customer.
- SVENSSONSHOP.COM does not offer exchanges. If you want to make an exchange, just place a new order and return the other product for a refund.
- Please enter your e-mail, order number and subject “Return” using this contact form. Once your registration is submitted, your return shipping label will be emailed to you.
- Print the label and pack the products you wish to return safely in the shipping box. If you are returning shoes, please remember not to damage the shoe box with tape, writing, shipping labels, etc.
- Drop of your return at your closest UPS or DHL access point.
- Your refund will be processed as soon as SVENSSONSHOP.COM has received and approved your return. Please allow 2 weeks for return shipping, warehouse handling and bank transaction to clear. Once your return has been handled, we will notify you via email.
We don’t offer exchanges. If you want to make an exchange, just place a new order and return the other product for a refund.
Please register your complaint here and attach several pictures that shows the product’s flaw/damage together with a description of the issue. We will handle your claim request as soon as possible and let you know how to proceed.
Cancel or edit an order
Please enter your e-mail, order number and subject “Cancel” or “Edit” using this contact form.
Please note that if the order is already packed and ready to be sent out, we may not be able cancel the order. Then you are welcome to return your order for a refund. For return instructions see above.
Kindly also note that we are unable to return the shipment while it is on its way. If you refuse delivery and the return is automatically returned to us, we may charge you for the return shipment – a fee of up to 60 EUR. We recommend that you receive the order and then make a return.
Reduction of the full price is set out.
