Payment information

Payment by card

This is the easiest and quickest way to make an order.

If we receive your order before 12 AM we’ll send it the same day, with reservation that your item is in stock. If you make an order during the weekend or holidays we’ll send it the following opened day.

 Cash on delivery

You pay when you receive your goods.  This particular service charge an extra administration cost on 50 SEK. You can only order “Cash on delivery” if you live in Sweden.

If we receive your order before 12.00 AM we’ll send it the same day, with reservation that your item is in stock. If you make an order during the weekend or holidays we’ll send it the following opened day.

For non cashed out goods we’ll charge 150 SEK.

 

Exchanges of goods & refunds

You may refund or change your order within 14 days with attached receipt.

Costumer pays all refund costs. If you only want to exchange your item one cost is paid by customer and one by the shop.

A refund is only allowed if you attach receipt or other purchase information. Description on why you return garment/ item. The garment/item is only accepted if it’s unused and salable.

We’ll also need some account information where we shall make out your payment. We’ll refund within 7 days after you receive a mail of receiving-confirmation.

Sale

Reduction of the full price is set out.

No exchanges or refunds of sale items.

Complaint

If you need to file a complaint please send us pictures and explain what is wrong to help us decide if it is an actual complaint. Mail us at customer service info@svenssonshop.com

When we have made a decision about your item we will mail you so that you can send us your item. When you return your goods it is very important that you attach a note where you:

  • Explain the reason for complaint.
  • Receipt or other purchase information.
  • Name, address, phone or e-mail
  • Name of your bank, account number.
  • Copy of freight costs.

After we receive your item we will give you a refund within seven working days.

We won’t be responsible for non approved complaints.
